From 5 to 11 December 2025, the “OIC Cultural Festival: Baku Creative Week – 2025” was held under the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
This large-scale event brought together the cultural heritage of the Islamic world, the creative expression of people, and innovative initiatives of youth from across member states.
One of the memorable highlights of the festival was the audiovisual performance presented by the Torpağın Səsi (Sound of Land) platform. A Performance Inspired by Rumi’s Philosophy. The performance titled “Leave the Circle of Time – Enter the Circle of Love” was showcased at the festival.
It was based on the visual compositions created from the artworks of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, painter, and poet. Her paintings symbolized love, inner light, and the unity of humans with nature.
The animation and visual concept were created by Sabina Shikhlinskaya, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan and founder of Atesh Hub.
